The combination of exercises between the treadmill, rower, and weight floor make for a diverse workout that doesn’t allow you to get bored. Combine that with a good playlist and a motivating coach and there’s nothing standing in the way of an amazing workout!

I like that the workouts are Fast paced, it make an hour fly by. The exercises are Always different, but familiar. Guided by a coach for thought free workouts. I also love the loud music in the gym while the workout is going on.
Each day is different and the coaches are super motivational and friendly. I love going to Caroline's classes in particular because she is attentive and helps with form on the floor and plays great up-beat and current playlists.
The variety of workouts. It’s never the same. Workouts are challenging yet doable.
I love the station work and heart rate monitoring for sure. However, it's all about the coaches and coaching!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! yes I had to shout it for everyone to hear (well see in this case) lol Best workout ever and it truly kicks my butt in a good way. I never exercised before, I tried a couple of things which I hated and when a friend suggested this place I assumed it would be something else I hated. I was wrong, I started off with the cheapest membership and within a few days I went to premium. I have had some accidents, some ups and down and left OTF but I am back, nothing compares.
I don’t have to think. I just have to work hard.
It's fun, and while it changes every day there are also consistencies to it that are comforting and make me feel confident.
I like how it is different each time and the combination of cardio and weights. All the coaches are motivating and always pushes you to do more.

The variety and the modifications of the activities (especially the floor) and the coaches -who are supportive of all members whether they are veterans of newbies.
The workouts I do at OTF Westford Ma. have kept my weight down , my blood pressure at an acceptable level and have been a huge contributor to getting me off of one of the blood pressure medications that I was taking.
It’s a great full body workout. Always different. The coaches are motivating.
