Also, Coach Brett is not as friendly or personable as past head coaches. I got 500 classes in the fall, even reminded the front desk, and no one mentioned it at all! That made me a bit sad. Then I injured my foot and when I've been on the strider I don't get any support at all - I get the vibe from Brett that she doesn't like me but I get the sense others feel that too. We had a guest teacher recently who was so warm and funny and it made me miss the days of Coach Jenna, Nick, and Mike. All three of them were really nice every single day, considerate no matter what. Not sure if Brett needs a break or support or what, I know she likes to go by the book, but it's the feeling of belonging that makes dedicated members like me recommend the gym. I've been a member since January 2020.
I like the fact that I don't really have to think about what I'm doing. I can get in my head with these kinds of things sometimes, and having someone telling you what to do every step of the way and also having someone to answer questions is amazing!

Always a great workout at OT Medway! Staff is excellent, helpful and encouraging. Workouts are always changing so I am never bored when I go. Give it a try if you haven't already.
Over the past several weeks, the Transformation Challenge (TC) has been running. This year's challenge is the best. The diversity of the workouts, awesome music and enthusiastic, knowledgeable coaches make OTF great generally, but during the TC, the team challenges, recipes and added focus on nutrition have been really game changers for me and enabled me to hit my TC goal... best TC yet.

Variety
Love the mixture of cardio and other movements with weight. I like tracking my HR through the band and splat points on screen.
I love that I don’t have to come up with the workout. It’s not only done for me, but also the coaches are with you, encouraging and pushing you every step! Not to mention that the template changes every day! No way to get bored or stuck in a rut. I love that I just need to show up and I know I’ll get an awesome workout every time.

The music has been really bad lately. Getting really sick of the techno and weird mash-ups of songs. It's annoying to have the songs change every 30 seconds. Sounds like bad amateur DJs. Would like to have more music theme days.
Very challenging work outs, coaches are great and everyone who goes there is very nice and just there to work hard.
I’m sure all the coaches are great, but I have taken most of my classes with Gina, Ian, or Haley. I really love Gina’s positive attitude! It motivated me and gave me the confidence to move from a power walker to a (slow) runner. And I love Haley’s rock song Fridays! It’s always a good workout and I plan to keep coming!
