Sudbury OTC facility is spacious. Instructors at this facility, Albert, Nacho, Robyn, Shannon, Liz and others, are engaging and motiviating. All classes and execises are unique each day. We've been attending classes at this facility for past three plus years and very happy with the OTC, this facility and instructors.

I love the upbeat energy, every day a different class and motivation. Measuring performance as you workout with the OTF screen tied to your heart monitor. Great staff and fellow fitness junkies.
Each workout is different which keeps things interesting and fun. I like the balance across weights and cardio too. The music is AWESOME which only makes for an even better workout.
I know the workouts are effective based on how I feel and noticeable changes especially in the muscle development in my arms 💪🏼

I love that the workouts are total body and are different every time. The coaches are very motivating and the culture at OTF Kingston is friendly, positive and encouraging, which is great.
Trainers and work outs are great. Quick in an out hour class instead of walking around at a regular gym trying to figure out what to do.
Each coach is a fantastic motivator and truly cares for their clients. I love the variability of each workout, and how it’s always something new for every class I attend.

Phenomenal staff from the desk to the coaches. Coaches are great at providing alternative options for folks who may have physical limitations. Fun workout that allows you to do things at your own pace. OTF Concord allows for a variety of fitness levels to workout in the same class with a sense of camaraderie.

Good mix of cardio and strength training. Also, you're pushed to put in your best effort, but you're only competing with yourself and can calibrate the workout to your personal capabilities, e.g. in terms of treadmill speed, weights, etc.
I love OrangeTheory Assembly Row! From the incredibly motivating and knowledgable coaches, to the friendly front desk staff, to the attendees - it is a great community. The workouts are always challenging and I love that no two workouts are the same.
I like that I don’t have to think! The coaches lay everything out, keep time, and encourage excellence! I also feel comfortable working at a pace and level appropriate to my ability.
The total body workout with the treads, rower and weights. The instructors are great! They keep you motivated and help you get to your goal.
