Pace, instructors, variety
Hi there! I like the variety, the intensity and how quickly the workout goes by.
Everything about the workouts is great- the instructors, the fact that every workout is different, the rigor of personalized group training, the personal monitors’ information reflected on treadmills and rowing machines and quality of the equipment.
I love the OT workouts at Wellesley. I would like to see another coach like Nacho or Emily to replace Brandon though. The new person they have right now is not motivating, looks at her phone alot, not really interested in being a coach.
Only thing I would change is adding lift classes
Ability to go at your own pace. Structured. Constantly changing what you are doing. The hour goes by fast. My heart rate monitor wasn’t registering with the system but Kyle got it fixed for me.
I like the variety, intensity and coaching.
I love the variety of each workout and how we all do it as a team but go at our own pace. ALL of the coaches are great and bring their own style to the workouts. It’s the only workout I’ve stuck too since I started (since Otf opened in natick) and I love how I need to schedule each class bc if it’s only calendar, I will go.
The coaches make all the difference and while I think I've only experienced one coach so far I like the way that she runs the class
Variation, personalization, non-judgmental feeling
I like the combination of the three style of workouts. The coaches are very nice too.
Great instructors with high energy and smiling faces!!!
It’s an amazing workout in one hour. You get both aerobic and strength training. It’s different every day so you never get bored. I hate running on a treadmill, but they keep it interesting and fun.
Love the variety of workouts. Pushing me more than I thought possible. Plus the infectious energy of the fabulous coaches!!!

I love the variety! I don’t ever know what to expect when I come in but I can always count on getting a good workout. The coaches are energetic and the music is pushing me through.
OrangeTheory workouts never get old because they change every day. I attend about 5 days per week and each day is different and challenging. In addition to the daily workouts, the different programs you run throughout the year serve to re-engage me and give me new ways to address my fitness goals. Of course it all works because of the coaches who are all fantastic.
It’s challenging, always pushing me to my maximum! It has increased my overall strength & health.
The 1 hour and the coaches
I love the community aspect, the encouragement from the coaches, and the fact that all I have to do is show up and I know I am going to get a great workout!
Everything! The people, everyone, were so helpful and welcoming. Most everyone tolerated my sense of humor, and were interested in seeing someone with two left feet.
This was my first real workout in many months, maybe years, yet I finished the hour feeling energized and raring to go! It was wonderful.
The only problem I had was adjusting the straps on the rower. For my next workout I will bring my own ELASTIC straps. The only ones I could find on the Internet were black, so I am dyeing them bright Orange. My coach, Taylor, may try to take them away from me to keep my workout mates from staring at them, but I must have them cause I lost 7 minutes fighting with the old ones. It was humiliating for me, gave me bad dreams.
Finally, I was pleased that we were allowed to share our water bottles, as long as they were Orange ones.
Mine ran out, but the water from my workmate tasted just as good as mine. OrangeTherapy is awesome, recognizing how we bond faster when we share! Can’t wait for my next class!
Always varied, doesn’t get “old hat” or boring; motivating coaches; you can make the workout as challenging as you need/want it to be; it’s an effective “in and out” hour of intensity and icing on the cake for me is that it’s 5 minutes from my house :)
The workout changes everyday and never gets boring. The staff is so welcoming and the coaches are great motivators.

I loved that it was welcoming, planned out and guided by a knowledgeable trainer who jumped in to help when needed.
Great atmosphere and instructions. Right amount of engagement from coaches. They know when to pay attention to and guide me and when to let me suffer in silence.
love it but i've had a ton of issues with my rental HR monitor. other than that, everything has been great
I like the variety of strength and conditioning. I like that I get a great workout in an hour and I don’t have to think about the routine because it’s all designed for me. I like that there is good music and instruction provided and I’m grateful that I can buy individual classes to go when I am able.
