After putting on over 100 pounds in a year when my brother passed away, I have been working to lose the weight for 2 years by myself. I lost 60 on my own but needed something more. I joined Orange Theory this past Christmas and am now down 85 pounds and absolutely love the studio! The coaches are amazing and the cardio session is unmatched. Surrounding myself with people who also want to better themselves has proven to be a huge motivator. Everyone is so friendly and I feel at home here!
Different workouts each day
OTF Westford has a wonderful community of people starting with the coaches and staff. The support and friendliness at the studio is amazing!

Variety
I love the workouts and the instructors are great. I’m not disciplined enough to go to a regular gym and figure out what to do - this gives me the full workout with proper instruction & I love earning my splats.
Walpole location is clean, well run and the staff is nice. Great experience so far.

I have worked out my whole life. I have done classes, used my own gym, a trainer... you name it, I've done it.
I decided to join Orange Theory for 2 reasons: I needed a change of activity and I needed someone to push me. I love it. Every class is different. Every trainer guides you (specifically) as to what is best for your body, your needs. And most importantly for me, it combines running, floor and rowing. A little bit of everything!
They've encouraged me to push myself to new levels of fitness. I actually ran my first 5k in 10 years and everyone cheered me on, because I was the last to finish.
A great atmosphere. People of all different ages and sizes and experience.

I thrive in a group workout setting and orange theory is a great group workout. High energy levels in the class push me to go hard. The coaches are great which also gives me motivation to give my all.
My favorite thing about OTF is I don't have to think about my workout. I don't have to think about what movements I'm doing today or how many reps: Go in. Do work. Go home. I show up, someone tells me what to do, I do the work, and it's off to start the rest of my day.
My next favorite thing about OTF is the staff: My studio is run by a great group of people who are always pleasant, even at 6 am on a Monday, and genuinely want to see you succeed.

I love that the coaches always bring so much energy & truly care that you’re working towards your health. I’ve been to other studios where the coaches aren’t as quick to correct your form or get to know the members as well. Also GREAT music!!!

I love so much about the workouts at Orange Theory. The coaches are there for you and push you along to do your best. It's a great full body workout!
I love the template and how it is not repetitive
Every workout is challenging. I appreciate that because every time I challenge myself, I get stronger and improve my stamina. I do more in a 60 minute Orangetheory class than I would ever do on my own and I get a lot of satisfaction out of completing a class.
