I think the music volume is about right . I visited another Orange Theory and the noise meter on my watch was pushing over 90dB and set off warnings......Belmont OT seems OK on sound level but you may wish to ask you instructors to make sure they don't go over 85 decibels as that is pretty rough on hearing.

I never have been one to belong to a gym or stay committed to a workout program. I like the fact that everyday the workouts are different and the coaches do an amazing job encouraging each member to do their best!!!!!
The running is always challenging and something I’d never do by myself
There are new options / exercises every day that I go to OTS. I love all Couches because they take attention about the way we're exercising. The OTS has a very good environment.

I love the structure and the encouragement I get from the coaches. The workouts are hard, and I can push myself. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived and excited for my next class!

I love the fact that there is a different workout every day. I also love that there is a mix of cardio and strength training. Having a certified fitness trainer instructor leading the workout gives me a reassurance that I am doing the workout correctly and just not going through the motions
Diverse workouts with great motivating instructors that be attention to form detail. Compete with yourself or others. Making friendships by the challenge and sweating together.

I love how much I get done in an hour, the encouraging coaches, and the endless variety of workouts. I have a love-hate, slightly toxic relationship with push efforts on an incline, but I always love the rower!
