I love that I can go into the gym and put total focus into doing the workout that has been prepared for me, and not think about anything else but keeping myself in the orange or red zones! Excellent full body workout!
It has been hard for me to incorporate weight lifting back into my routine so I LOVE that orange theory incorporates both weightlifting and cardio.
I also love that I am provided with modified version of the exercises for both weightlifting and Cardio. The coaches really make sure that everyone is being provided the best workout
I enjoy that’s it’s not predictable, not knowing what’s coming means you can’t dread it! The coaches are also very encouraging.

It's amazing. Most of all, I love that the workout is guided, so that I don't have to think, do what the coach says and am corrected for form, range of motion, etc.
Great format using a combination of treadmills, rowers and weights to get in shape. Enthusiastic coaches to motivate during the workout and provide demonstrations of proper form. Fun monthly workout challenges!
It’s a great program!
I love having somebody tell me exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. I completely lack motivation to go on my own, the direction on how to workout on my own, and the coordination to do the workouts without guidance. The coaches and the screen with the model demonstrations are so helpful. The music and the lighting and everything about the atmosphere makes me pumped to workout. My ONLY complain is to please add more 12 and 15 lb weights. That’s all!

Can’t praise OTF enough. As a veteran of exercise for over 30 years (I’m 52 yo), OTF perfectly takes the best of every evolution of workout trends (from early days of Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons aerobics to running craze to spinning classes to boot camp to CrossFit to HIIT) and combines into a highly motivating, effective and enjoyable fitness routine. Current, data driven and safe way to be your best at any age or stage of life!

How motivating the instructions are
I enjoy the mix of exercises- thread, rowing and weights, because it makes it dynamic and fun. Definitely love the loud music and the energy Of the class. The support of the coach and their energy is also key to making a class fun.
