It’s a different workout every time.
That it’s prescribed when I come in and I don’t have to spend time thinking about how or what to work out. Also I love the motivation from the coaches and other staff (like check ins from Tira), the variety in class times, and that I can work at my own pace and essentially just compete with myself.
They hold you accountable, make it fun, and it’s great for all fitness levels

I love that even though the components are the same (tread, rowing, weights) the workout is different every day. I love the music and the high energy of the trainers and the positivity of all the staff from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave.
Love the different elements that go into each workout, the floor was the hardest part for me and where I have seen the most improvement. The coaches are very positive and helpful!!!
Challenging but doable
I love going. Always feel welcome and they make sure you feel part of the group. It challenges me each time I go. The coaches understand and work with you if you need a little extra TLC. It’s the best workout class I’ve been to.

The combination of inclined bench dumbbell exercises and endurance running on the treadmill was a fun challenge.

Working as a group pushes me to succeed
I heard about Orange Theory over the years from friends and the different variations of exercises they offer. I finally took the plunge to see if I would like to do more exercises. I was impressed by the community and challenging types of workouts. The balance of cardio and lifting was FUN in the work out class. I like the options to customize the work out for based on what you are targeting. The options for cardio in class differ on what type of cardio you want to do. The lifting portion everyone had a different target for their heart rate for the intensity which made it enjoyable and challenging. They had plenty of weights and I was very comfortable with everyone shooting for the target heart rate. I enjoyed seeing my progress at the end and what exercises were more difficult than others. The coaches are knowledgable, encouraging and overall fantastic! My coach thoroughly explained and was encouraging to the entire class. I would highly recommend Orange Theory because of the workouts, community, and staff. I look forward to taking classes in the future and am excited to be part of the community that cares.
My first time at this location so was a little anxious, but Coach Alex was excellent. Paige and Shelby were friendly and super helpful getting me setup.

I. love. it!! The trainers are so patient and encouraging, the office staff are incredibly friendly. The overall vibe of the gym is non-threatening, warm, inviting, and not intimidating.

I love the high energy workouts. I also love how they are different every day. They are challenging but fun at the same time.
I love the variety within each class! We're never doing the same thing for very long, which keeps it fun and interesting. The workouts are challenging but Ican always go at your own pace, and the coaches encourage me rather than push me. That makes a big difference.
For me and my age, I feel like it is three things that I can do.
