I feel so great and I have so much energy!!
I struggle to create my own workouts and stick to them. Orange theory makes it easy. Balanced workouts that are preplanned, and target multiple muscle groups. I’m greeted by friendly faces every time I walk in. The coaches give me great motivation, and I am constantly challenging myself to work harder. The hour long workouts fly by. I feel great about my goals since I started. Definitely worth the money. Thank you!
I love how the workout is already put together for me so I don’t have to think about what to do. I also love the lights, the loud music, and the motivation from the coaches.

I love how the coaches guide and push you for a good workout. I made a slightly negative comment in the beginning bc I was confused and didnt know which direction to take. Now that I sort of got the hang of it, I’m really enjoying it. I spoke with one of the ladies at the front desk and she encouraged me to give it a bit more try and see how I felt after. Thank God I listened to her bc sure enough, I truly enjoy each class. L
The coaches motivation and fun group atmosphere
The coaches, the workouts are always challenging and changing, I don’t have to think about what I am going to do today at the gym and most of all the support.
I love that I show up, am told what to do and how, and then go home! I don’t have to plan anything. I just show up! I also like the accountability and the atmosphere. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I’ve made some great friends in my year and a half of going to OTF BG! 🧡

It's incredible to get a full 60 minute workout with tons of variety, guidance, and structure - I definitely couldn't accomplish this kind of workout on my own!
The hour goes by quickly. And I like the variation and cardio and strength exercises. I’ve also enjoyed the trainers.

It is very motivating! Hailey and Dillion are amazing and I really have enjoyed the classes so far. Having someone give me direction really helps to hold me accountable. The group class setting is also great too. Everyone is coming in just to better themselves so it really helps make you push yourself. I’m hooked!

There are 2 things I love about OTF. 1. The community. I have made some really encouraging people who have gotten me through some tough times physically. 2. I love that I have someone who coaches me through each workout. The coaches don’t just tell us what to do, they help us by making sure we are doing the exercises correctly, and not underestimating ourselves while we do it.

Ellen was AMAZEBALLS to have for my first class! She checked in on me regularly to make sure I understood each of the workouts and went over my results at the end! Can't wait for my next class!

Structure and mixing it up. It's 60 minutes just for me.
I have gone to Orange Theory on and off for the past couple of years. I always come back because it is the best well rounded workout I can get in one hour. Since I have been back I have had the privledge to be coached by Remy. I feel like he pushes me to get out of my comfort zone and comes to class ready to motivate everybody. I never regret a finished workout!
