I quit going to the gym because I was getting bored. I do have some knee issues but heard quite a few things about Orange Theory so I decided to try it. I love it. I am never bored, each time I go it is always different and with my mobility issues they are so great on finding other alternatives to what I can do. I don't compete with anyone just myself. The coaches are great.

I like that it is a good mix of cardio and strength training. Your trainers are motivating and great at helping to yell out times so that we aren’t left wondering how long we have left- that keeps me going with intensity! The cleanliness of the facility, locker availability, and class times are terrific. The front desk girls are just as friendly and passionate as the trainers. The heart rate and zone availability throughout class is extremely helpful, and I’m so happy with the email of results! I like everything about it!
It’s always intense! I love not knowing what to expect. It keeps me from checking out mentally. I feel like I can conquer life when I’m finished!

The workout is all about how much effort I want give. Each visit is different and the coaches are amazing...
I like that I am pushed and motivated by the instructor and the other participants. I also like that the workout is predetermined and I don’t have to think about what I am going to be doing.
Staff was very friendly and it was nice to visit another studio. I went back today and plan to go again tomorrow!!
Great coaching with a different workout every time. It is a very addictive workout with combinations of endurance strength and power and variety of treadmill rower and weights. Highly recommended!!

I love the workout, it just that sometimes classes don't start on time and that is an inconvenience because I do my best to be there on time despite the traffic after work.

Having a trainer direct the 60-minute workout was a great personal challenge. It was a super first time experience and looking forward to the next session.
Everyday has a different combination of exercises, trainers, and front desk personnel.
Coach was fantastic and encouraged me to push myself. First time I was over 6 splats...actually made it to 19 !
