Easy to follow classes with plenty of modifications if needed. The coaches are supportive and helpful and everyone in the front is incredible, especially Alyss, who was one of the main reasons I felt comfortable coming in. I didn’t think group classes like this were for me until I came in, can’t recommend more!

The best workout is the one you'll do, and OTF is set up to keep you working out consistently. Even if I don't feel like going at the moment, I don't want to pay the fee, so I show up, and I'm always glad I did.

I love coming to class and getting a great workout without having to program it myself. And I'm motivated by the coaches, especially Todd, because he knows what my goals are. And the front desk folks are always friendly!

I’m 67 and never thought I could do the things I can now do at orange theory. The coaches are engaged and offer encouragement at every step. When I hear I have 30 seconds, 15 seconds or even 1 minute remaining, I give it all I’ve got. While I’ve lost “only” 11 pounds over the last two years, I’ve gained a lot of muscle and dexterity. The coaches all have great personalities! Every work out leaves me feeling better and stronger than the one before!
