I like that I can go get a quick yet effective workout in early in the morning, shower, at OTF, and get to work promptly. I love that the coaches motivate me to try my best and I am always able to get a better workout at OTF than elsewhere. Coaches also understand that some days are not our best days, and never make you feel bad for modifying the workout for what you need on that particular day.
I don’t have to think about what exercise to perform next. I just go in , crush the workout and go on about my day!
