Coaches
I love the coach led workouts and the encouragement! Also love the variety.
The coaches and the instructor lead format of the workouts are fantastic. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and willing to help answer questions. The facility is generally clean and accommodating. For what it’s worth, there are a few things that could stand to be improved upon. For example the heavier (35# - 70#) dumb bell selection is very limited and at least 1-2 times per week, we end up having to settle for weights that are either too light or we struggle with weights that are too heavy. This is the result of having only a single pair of 40#, 50#, 60# & 70# dumb bell sets. In classes with 16-24 people, these dumb bell sets are quickly taken up and members are left with few options. By simply providing three additional sets, perhaps 45#, 55# & 65# dumb bells, we could overcome this challenge. The only other thing that we could improve upon would be in the area of alerting members when they reach milestones like 50th or 100th class. While I often see some members celebrated on social media for these milestones, I also see and hear that it’s not consistent. For example, neither myself or my wife were alerted when we reached our 50th class. Perhaps that’s by design and if so, that would be fine, but neither the Mobile App, nor the website give you any metrics surrounding how many classes you’ve attended. Of all the metrics that the App provides, it seems odd that the one that brings with it economic savings and benefits, isn’t trackable.
The variety of each workout is great. It allows you to challenge yourself.
Everything they are the best workouts they really push you to your limits although you can take a Green Day here and there if you choose so your workouts are your own. The coaches and the staff are always available to help they will guide you through your fitness program so that you can reach your goals.

The fact that the workout is coached! Sometimes you are doing something wrong that could hurt you and you would not know unless your coach was there! The coach is there to help you achieve your goals!

I like the varied workouts and the structure.
Each workout is different, challenging and doable at whatever level of fitness you are at. Options are given for some of the harder floor/weight exercises and you can always ask the coach for modifications if you need them. They also help you with technique and form which I appreciate very much. I always feel so much better afterwards and love feeling that I've worked my muscles the next day. Hardest thing for me at first was learning to modify because of arthritic knee, shoulder and back pain but I now feel I've learned my limits and get an awesome work out within them❣️

My favorite part is I don’t I have to think. The coaches tell me where to go and I just do the work.
The coaches, Brandon and Caitlin in particular, are terrific. They are encouraging and challenging simultaneously. They exude positivity and increase confidence that I can do this and reach my health goals. Every time I sign up for a class and go and finish a workout, I feel like it’s the best hours spent out of my day!
The feedback on the splats is motivating, and the ability to see that I’m in the green/orange/red zones let’s me know how much effort I’m using and when to back off or try a little harder.
All in all, I’m so happy that I’ve found Orange Theory and after 25 workouts so far, I’m ready for more!
