The coach
I enjoy the pace and length of the workouts. 50 minutes is just enough time to get healthy movement and a great heart rate then move on about my day. I find I’m a bit sore 24 hours later, but it is a reminder of the muscles I need to use more often. The coaches are so helpful and very knowledgeable about the routines! I’m very happy with choosing OT!
The coaches and the energy at the studio is extremely helpful to get us all through the finish line. Seeing results and loving it!!

It’s awesome and love coach Megan! Sadly, a bunch of the machines are not working and that puts a damper on things bc the classes are more full rt now with the challenge that’s going on rt now.

The coach, in my case Kelly, explains the routine and floor exercises.
Due to some of my physical limitations, she provides alternative ways to still get a good workout.
The workouts are heart-rate based, which ensure optimal results and your personal results are sent to you and available on the site for a detailed explanation.

I like that I can pre-schedule my workouts. It's great having someone to make sure that you have proper form and get a full workout in 1 hour. I also enjoy the variety of all of the class workouts!
Pumping music, high energy coaches, and I get to workout without stressing about WHAT to do. Just an hour to let the trialls of the day slip away briefly and focus on ME and my health and fitness.
I like that I don’t have to think about it. It’s all planned out and coordinated for me and you can fit a great workout into 1 hour.
The coaches are upbeat and helpful. The workouts are challenging and fun. I like the app and being able to integrate the activity to other apps I use like MyFitnessPal and Apple health. Also, there are plenty of work out times available so it fits my schedule.
