I love the classes and the positive environment. The only thing I dislike is the class cancelation timeframe.

The coaches and workouts are fantastic, the front staff is great, and the facilities are clean. My wife and I love it! I wish we discovered it years ago.
My only complaint is that people talking during the workouts is annoying and I wish coaches monitored it more closely. I understand it’s a group class (and part of that is what makes it fun) - but the side chat can ruin the workout experience. I’m speaking on behalf of other members in the weekday classes as well. I’ve thought about saying something to the women who consistently do it but don’t want to start drama. They’re all nice ladies - it’s nothing personal - but I just wish they were aware that it’s hindering others’ experience.
The pace and variety. I do struggle with fast-paced verbal instructions when there are complicated routines. It takes me 4-5 sessions to understand all of the buttons on treadmills and rowers. I wish there was a. URL explaining usage. I just discovered that odd vs even numbers have different weights!
It’s all inclusive and it varies every time.
I love being challenged but not judged. I love that I am never bored. After 6 years of OTF 5-6 times a week I still love it! I love the community among the members and the staff & coaches the most!

The methgod and structure of the classes
Workouts are great, music is on point and the coaches keep me motivated.
There are so many things I love about OTF!
I enjoy the coaches and the staff in Clermont - they make the workouts fun and have great energy. They do CARE about the members. When I was sick and unable to attend classes, they texted me to check in - not in an obnoxious way - but to say, 'Hey, we hope you are okay, and we hope to see you soon'. One workout, in particular, was SUPER challenging, and I got a great text later in the day saying they were glad to see me and that I did great in the workout. That means a lot to me.
The workouts are just awesome. I love that they are different every time, and that prevents me from zoning out. There have been so many times that I have been stressed out from work, and then I come to a workout, and afterward, I feel amazing.
I enjoy OT because they provide a great workout that is easily tailored to me in a supportive environment with great coaches.
