Before we enter the room, I appreciate hearing what’s on the “menu” for the hour. I like hearing there’s only 30, 15 seconds left in an all out . I feel like I can do anything g for 15-30 seconds. I like hearing my name called out, being recognized for a splat or whatever. The overall enthusiasm of the coaches are very motivating! I love how I feel when the class is over.

So much to like! First and foremost, everyone at OT makes us feel so welcome and comfortable. Ability is irrelavant. What matters is taking that first step to a more active lifestyle. Everyone on staff is SO encouraging! It's clear from the get-go that classes are NOT a competition. All that matters is each individual making an effort to the best of their ability. As a senior citizen, it was comforting to realize we weren't the only ones in the class.

It's an all in one balanced hour workout.
I like the workout is set and structured and all I have to do is follow directions. The Coaches are amazing, energetic and helpful. I like the group workout because if I feel like slacking, I see a fellow member giving their all and that inspires me to pick up the pace!
Science based and love the cycling of the heart rate. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want so everyone with all abilities is able to do it.
I love how the workouts cover all parts of the body, unlike other group fitness. I find that I have a more intense workout at Orange Theory than at a regular gym. Orange Theory has helped my stamina and health immensely. I especially love the staff at South Side. They make my day better, and I look forward to seeing them. It's like a little family there.
