The coaches are great! One of the main motivations for attending the West Hartford location is the interaction between the coaches and the athletes. It’s always welcoming and motivating to have them along our journey.

Makes it easy to show up and not have to worry about a thing. Great coaches (Chelsea and Chris are the best and Julia and Brandon have grown so much and are doing amazing), love the music and members. Love the new Strength classes.
Would love more social engagements planned, and more recognition for Power Walkers, Bikers and Striders like we used to have for leaderboards.
Hate the papertowels in the bathroom though.
I took a break from OTF for a while, but just rejoined a couple of weeks ago and I am SO HAPPY that I did! I feel so much better every day and missed getting my body moving like this. This year I am working on me and OTF will only help me do that!!
