I love the energy, the ambiance, front desk crews and of course most of the coaches! Not a fan with partial (lower or upper ) strength 50 classes though. I would prefer total strength but overall this is my favorite and safe place to workout by far!

Everything..the motivation..
It challenges you and pushes you to go a little harder, but also gives you the option to have an endurance day and maybe not push as hard but still get a great workout. I also like that it’s a great community feel and everyone is really nice and friendly.
They keep on track to hit my goal
Good structured workout with a coach. Varies every day. Options available for everyday, all age groups at all level of fitness in the same class but you work at your own level.
Coaches are motivating and take the time to help with form.

The structure and the coaches
I like that it is challenging enough to keep me motivated, but it is still easy enough to not be intimidating!

It’s a complete all around great workout with different templates and working different muscles. The workouts take the mind away from the regular day for almost 60 minutes and always feel like you are welcome.
I like the classes, staff are very friendly & welcoming. Trainers/Coaches are so much fun, motivating & energetic. They treat you all with kindness, inviting environment that makes you want to work out!
Variety, intensity. It's a great all around workout for everyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. I love it!
The only thing I don't like is the playlist of some of the coaches. Would love more rock and less rap, or Juice WRLD type music. That music is totally uninspiring and is almost a "downer". Its OK to play that because people like it, but not that genre for the entire class. Like the workouts, make it a variety. That really is my only complaint. When AC/DC or Guns N Roses comes on, my pace picks up - unfortunately I don't hear much of that!

I loved that I could go at my own pace but also felt challenged. I enjoy being told what I needed to do so I could focus on the workout rather than what to do next. I really loved the coach, people, and atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and it wasn’t intimidating to be there even tho I’m out of shape.
Efficient use of my time to burn maximum calories. Helps to strengthen my cardiovascular fitness.
It’s a great complete workout and the class and instructors really motivate you to keep going.
