I love that you get to work out every part of your body. I feel that the workouts are well balanced, to tone and get in shape. Love the music, love the number of classes that are offered, but most importantly, love that it's only 5 min away from my house door to door especially if I'm attending a 5 am class. Love Coach Mark, he is very clear in his directions and pays attention to what you are doing and provides guidance if needed. Also, all the locations I've attended tend to be in a shopping center that are well lit and have good useful stores in the event I need to grab something on my way home. The monthly dues are a bit on the higher end, but given that it's for your health and it makes you feel good, then I'm sure you can cut in few other areas and invest in yourself.
I enjoy the fast paced guided workouts that get me energized for the day.
Ronnie, the coach, was awesome! Full of energy and helpful with form on the floor and rower!

I like the variety in each workout.
The workouts vary every single day. It never gets boring, especially with these wonderful coaches. I like the fact that I can choose the intensity of my workouts based on how comfortable I feel running, rowing or lifting. The coaches really motivate me to push myself even when I came into the class telling myself to “take it easy”. I always feel more energized after a workout.
The entire workout and the instructors inspires me to do more.

The workouts push me each and every day! The fact that someone creates the workout for me is relieving. Beyond the workouts, the community built has allowed me to develop true friendships.
The workouts are engaging and dynamic, keeping my attention for the entire session. The coaches also are able to direct the class, while giving some individual attention to members. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and offer alternatives for anyone who needs it. Coach Jeager is who I see regularly and makes you feel welcome to each class, and provides info for at home workouts, or just fitness knowledge that you could utilized outside of Orange Theory.
Energy and motivational coaches
I love how the classes are high energy and they seem to move pretty fast. I don’t feel like I’m there forever. It’s fun and fast!
I am not a fan of the time changes. This will hinder my ability to make it to the rancho location. I will probably have to go to Claremont most days because the time works better for me.
I love OTF so much! It's the first time I've ever been excited about going to workout. The coaches are so supportive and the atmosphere is really welcoming, no matter your fitness level. I recommend this to anyone looking to start a workout routine!
In one hour, I can burn calories through cardio, lift and work on my strength. Your 5am classes are super convenient and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! I love OTF…I am so happy to have it be a part of my fitness journey.
The workouts are challenging but doable! I love the coaches especially when they encourage you to keep going! I haven’t had a bad workout experience at the Santa Clarita studio!

Love the variety of routines. The Coaches are vested in the concept and work hard to maximize each student’s progress. Plus the overall routine really transforms the shape of our bodies.

The coaches are amazing. Shout out to AMY!!! Also Jill, Ronnie and Kai. I know there are new coaches but I haven’t taken their classes yet! The coaches at PD are the best. I’ve been to several different studios and we have the most fun and motivating coaches out of all the other studios that I’ve been to. The ONLY thing I wish we could do … was add more lift classes. AND JILL SHOULD COACH THEM! Haha. Taking Jills lift 45 classes are the best. Keep doing what you’re doing OTF PD. We love you! - Riley
