I like so many things things about Orangetheory workouts! The coaches are very knowledgeable and the workouts are actually fun! The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. The environment is positive and not intimidating. I love the accountability of booking a spot in class through the app. It’s one of the best workouts I’ve ever had and I always look forward to going.

I like the coaches and I like that the workouts change and I have noticed the changes in my body. I’m stronger and actually have some muscle definition :)
Enjoying my time so far at Orange Theory - especially the Newbury Park location. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The OT team that works there really seem to enjoy their jobs and remember your name.
I like that it’s a pre planned workout and that there is a coach guiding me throughout the class and giving motivation as well.
Challenging. Really feels like I’ve accomplished something great in an hour.

I love how intense and fun this class is! Everyone is so nice and the instructor Cara is the best ! She is very helpful and motivates you and doesn’t put you on blast for doing something wrong ! Super sweet and her classes are the best! 10/10 so happy I started coming !

I love the variety and how I am always being pushed to improve. Challenges that can be individualized so that each person get the most from their workout!
I appreciate the variety that’s offered within each workout. I tend to do what I like when I am at the gym on my own, so having a predetermined workout that targets different areas is helpful, though my body sometimes hates it! Being able to give as much as you can at your own level is reassuring. I’m also grateful to have the coaches there to push and encourage us. The added bonus is the friendships I’ve developed over the years. Working out with a buddy is always more fun!
I enjoy the coaches and the structure of the workouts. They play great music and I just go in and everything is planned. It makes it very easy to get a complete workout.

I like the coaches and receptionists, most. And the workouts are constantly changing and making me mildly sore constantly. And it's as easy as possible to stay consistent.
I especially like the energy that Tina brings to the workout, and her personable nature. All the other coaches are great too.

Love my OTF. I'm so happy we have one in Palm Springs. The workouts are never the same. Very motivating & fun. The coaches are awesome. What I love about OTF is that when you go out of town you can usually find a studio you can go to so you won't miss your workout. Unless your in Pocatello Idaho.....lol I missed my OTF workouts last week....... Let's just keep Upbeat motivating music to help you endure the workouts.....Time flies. Love the feel after a workout. Nice sweaty fun!!
