I have been working out at Crossfit for 3 years (as of today, actually), and love the workouts and the community environment. However, Orange Theory give me a sustained 50 minute cardio workout that burns lots of calories. The trainers are great, and the movement from station to station keeps the energy up.

I don't have to think about my next exercise move. I have real time information on my body and how I'm tolerating it. This data prevents post work out headaches. I suffer from exertional migraines and since I started Orange theory I haven't had one.
