Fun music, motivating coaches and an overall great vibe.
The people! Going to the studio feels like going to hang out with your friends. The staff is genuinely happy to see you, the coaches are always encouraging, and everyone knows you by name.
I love how it is always different! I struggled before with motivation because I would get bored. Running for 15 minutes? UGH! Doing push, base, all out, walk, push for 14 minutes? AWESOME. The coaches keep me motivated, the music is usually great, and the changes in the workouts keep me excited to come back!
I actually was not initially sure about OTF. Now that I’ve been going & have dropped 5 lbs in my first 4 weeks I can say I love it!
I prefer the classes that’ll get me tho most splat points for calorie burning but the lift classes for muscle building! Great overall.
I joined Orange Theory a week ago and have only done two workouts. I’m 67 years old and the entire experience from enrollment to classes has been great. I hope to make this a experience that keeps on going.
Pushes you and a good level of intensity
I love how the coaches push and motivate you. It makes you want to go harder. Also the music and orange lights create an amazing and fun vibe.

I love that I can go in, not have to think about what I need to do, and get out. Full body work out with motivation and support when I need it!
The workouts are very challenging and fun!!! All of the instructors have been AMAZING!!!! I am so glad I joined, I love these workouts because they push you, which I wasn’t doing going to my other gym. The other members are great and helpful. OTF has a great vibe and I look forward to my gym days.
I enjoy the variety and intentionality of the workouts with Orangetheory Fitness. I always leave feeling like I got a full body workout.

I love the supportive coaching staff. You participate in a total body workout at a pace that you measure yourself with multiple modifications provided, if needed. My favorite phrase is ‘You do you’! The San Luis location also has multiple programs/challenges to take part in with additional workouts you can do at home. All shapes and sizes, young and old, no judgement zone. It’s the best ~
Very focused, High energy coaching at your individual level. Each class pushes you to a new level! All done in a healthy manner focusing on your heart rate monitor! Coaches here are Awesome!! Love it❤️

It’s exactly what I’ve been trying to get myself to do at home. I tell myself ‘just 20 minutes on the treadmill’ ‘just 20 minutes of weights’. But I don’t do it. I’m motivated at OT!
