What do you like about our workout?

The Fresno coaches are great. Lots of energy and support. I usually end up with Katelyn and Sara at the times I go.
Classes are pretty good too most of the time. The mix of the floor and cardio is nice!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout keeps you moving and time passes so quickly! There's no time to focus on anything other than the workout and there are no outside distractions (such as checking my cellphone). While the instructor pushes you, you can still go at your own pace and no one really knows or cares because everyone is just focused on themselves (which is nice!).

I love everything about OrangeTheory! The staff is amazing & make me feel so welcome, the trainers are fantastic, and it’s the most fun workout ever!! I’m obsessed and constantly tell friends and family. I couldn’t be more pleased!

What do you like about our workout?

Everything! The staff are very welcoming. It’s a positive environment that pushes you to work hard to achieve your goals. The members are supportive and outgoing. I like when the instructor asks everyone to tell the person next to them they’re doing a great job or to just give them a high five. The music is great and keeps me working hard even towards the end of class. Also, the instructors give great feedback and keep everyone motivated throughout the workout.

It has both cardio and weight.
Workouts differ so one does not get bored.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is structured to elicit a whole body workout. I also like that the coaches keep time for the treadmill so I can focus on my efforts while running. I’ve felt my endurance and strength have improved since I started at Orange Theory.

What do you like about our workout?

I understand it costs more than a regular gym membership but having a set workout template led by an enthusiastic coach did wonders for me. I strongly recommend OTF to anyone who has struggled to lose weight or get in shape over the years. It works for sure.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the coaches watch us & give feedback on whether we r doing the weight exercises correctly, and the fact that the coach tells us what exercises to do in the first place & also demonstrates how to do each exercise properly before we start. And the fact that the big screen TVs on the wall r there for us to reference if we need reminders on how to do a particular exercise correctly.

I like that they tell us how fast to run on the treadmill. I wud never run if it were up to me, I wud just speed walk if I were left alone, but since I know I can run if I try, that's what I do bc I know the coach is watching me. I wud never push myself at a regular gym the way I push myself at Orangetheory.

I also like that the staff texted me one time to encourage me to come work out when they noticed I hadn't been in for like 3 weeks. That really motivated me to re-commit myself.

What do you like about our workout?

I've long fantasized about a workout that forced bursts of energy after years of training in martial arts where (my training at least) was extremely anaerobic this way. I was in the best shape of life doing training in this all out/rest/push/rest/all out way (plus stretching, classes were 90 min). Once I left martial arts, I never found any kind of workout that offered this. Combined with a key weight training routines I always figured would be the ideal workout.

That OrangeTheory does all this with substitutions allowed via rower, tread, bike, elliptical to accommodate for various injuries is another big YES. And that ANYONE at any level of fitness can work to their own level: YES!

The best part of my workout this morning was the people! Ana and Austin are irreplaceable.
Austin is the one reason I came to this studio. And I plan to come back!! Orangetheory is an amazing experience that I wish more people would be a part of. Thank you so much. It was an honor to attend this studio today.
