The motivation the coaches provide. Coach Chandler Parre at OTF Rocklin is special. His drive to motivate is top notch, and I have played sports my entire life, for coaches that got paid a lot more than him. He can Literally change your own mind for you and will you to places you did not know you could get to! The members I get to sweat it out with daily are awesome too!
I love that these work outs are different everyday! Monitoring my heart rate is the best way for me to know how hard to push myself to get the most out of it!
The heartrate monitors are key. Since you can actually see your effort level at all times, you can decide how intense you want your workout will be that session. Plus, no two workouts are the same which makes boredom a nonfactor. They create an encouraging, non competitive environment. Instead, the "competition" comes from within as you're encouraged to periodically set and break PRs on the treadmill and rower. I've been fit, consistently, for more than 25yrs and have NEVER encountered such an effective and fun workout. I'm hooked!

EVERYTHING!!!! This is not just a gym, this is a workout STUDIO. The coaches are there to help and encourage you along the way. (They are great). They have a different workout every day. Working together doing the same workout along with everyone else, but at my own level, and that you get a complete intense workout in only one hour. “You can do anything for just one hour.” I LOVE IT ALL!!!!! It is the best workout EVER. AND IN JUST ONE HOUR!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love that it’s challenging, there’s someone coaching you to improve and do your best each time, and that you are working out with others so there is accountability to push yourself. Plus I love the science behind the 5 HR zones.
