The studio is so welcoming, the coaches are so incredible at motivating us and keeping an eye on everyone’s form so we are safe, and it’s the most fun workout ever! Any issue I’ve told the front desk about, such as a treadmill being off-balance, was immediately fixed by my next workout.

The coaches are very engaged and the variety of the workouts make the hour go very fast! Total body workout and I look forward to my classes. I highly recommend it because you can go at your own pace, burn fat, and build muscle. The best hour my day!
Tawnie is so awesome! She taught the first class I attended and I loved it so much I signed up for membership afterwards. I just attended my second class and she is helping me on my weight lifting form which I appreciate to ensure I do not injure myself while I am getting back in shape. She is super high energy and I look forward to trying some of the other coaches as well.
I like that workouts are structured so you can follow along and focus on the work you're doing, and that if your form needs some tweaks the coaches won't hesitate to help you and are very attentive.

Coaches Michelle, Emily, and Josh are great. They keep me motivated and always help with form and encourage modifications to avoid injury. Michelle is to Orange Theory what Daniel Craig is to James Bond movies - she’ll always be the best.
High intensity workout that is hard to obtain on your own at a health club. Mixture of aerobic and strength in one class. Guided. Instructors are all motivating and upbeat - no shaming. All age groups and body types attend. Instructors understand limitations. Play variety of music - not just hip hop. Easy to use app to schedule classes. Like the heart monitor and board display so I can easily see how I am doing. I have recommended to a number of people.
It’s the perfect combination of weights and cardio and it’s never the same workout. I love the friendly atmosphere and everyone is very supportive.
