Motivation from coaches
Having a full workout, having coaches to encourage you and teach you the correct way of exercising. I exercise three times a week Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. My coaches are Sue, Rocklin and Erica in the El Dorado Hills 0T and they are awesome. I’m 67 and all three really have given me confidence have encouraged me and actually look out for me which I totally appreciate. I been a member since May 2023. All the staff are friendly. When I come in they say my name which makes it nice that they take the time to learn our name. I give OT A+.

Orange Theory Fitness has all of the ingredients of a complete fitness program: Knowledgeable and motivating coaches; top-rated equipment; supportive and professional front desk staff; and a clean and well-maintained studio. Most importantly, coaches, like Francis Duenas, direct sixty-minute workouts that offer an endless variety of activities with the treadmills, water rowers, TRX bands, and free weights. I am about to start my eighth year with OTF. I am forever grateful for the way OTF and the staff have changed my life.
The trainers are incredibly friendly and motivating without being over the top. Engaged and observant, they offer advice, corrections and motivation. Much appreciated.
Can work as hard as you want. Don't have to think up you're own work out. Options for injuries. Great coaches.

I love EDH’s OTF fitness community! The coaches, front office staff, music, schedule options, and the workouts are challenging and well-rounded!

I don’t have to think about what workouts I’m going to do. I just do what the coach says.
I like getting a good, hard workout in less than an hour.I also like being able to track my progress and see how hard I have worked out that session (splat points).I am glad you added the weight classes and have split them up,either upper, lower or full body workouts.I do lift more on my own, but this is a good adjunct to my fitness routine.
Workouts here are really effective and can be adjusted to your own pace. Coaches are amazing too.
I love the Energy, the Coaching team, front desk team and the entire science behind Orange Theory. I have never continued a gym membership as actively as I have Orange Theory. I'm so grateful I joined !!!

I love the versatility of the 3G classes and feeling like every part of my body is being targeted, but I also love the focus of the strength classes. The very best part though is the the way the trainers are there to guide and push you through every session. Shoutout to Coach Rocklin and Coach Cynthia for their playlists too🔥

Quick and full body with cardio.
The motivation the coaches give, the ease of working out and making my own schedule. The fact that I don’t have to think on what to do next on my workout.
The music lighting instructor variety and social aspect clean bathroom shower facilities toiletries friendly staff and location of the facility. And I felt like I got a good workout.

I like that it provides the treadmill and rower , with coaching, to get max benefits from the muscle groups those machines target. 2 of my favorite machines btw. I love the coaching, and planned workouts. Totally need that in my fitness journey. I love that the exercises incorporate body weight and weights for strength training. It’s literally what I need. I love it. The coaches are great. No one yells at you. They’re friendly and informative. And, really want to see you accomplish your goals. I have recommended many times over and still trying to recruit. 😉
