The workouts are challenging yet fun! Everyday is a different workout and the hour goes by so fast! The coaches are great, they keep us going when we think we can’t push any longer! I’m definitely addicted!!

I like every coach for different reasons. I like that they always give you instructions to modify. I appreciate wiping all equipment down each time. Friendly atmosphere and always someone answers my questions
It is the most efficient 60 minute workout I have ever had. Coaches help to both motivate and instruct you in proper form to get the most benefit and the least chance of injury. Went to regular gyms for years and never enjoyed it as much or saw as much results as my first 6 months at OTF.
I love the different equipment and workouts. Also love having a coach to guide the workouts.

I get a complete work out in one session, cardio, core and strength. The best part is I just have to show up. I don’t have to think about it and the coaches are great at motivating you!!

Best fineness center in town hands down, in my opinion. The energy the instructors give off is exactly what you need. They’re never annoying like some instructors and their goal for you is always attainable unlike other centers. They are always paying attention even when you think they’re not LOL Music is on point! Vibe is great. The price is affordable! Think about it as investing in yourself not a g”gym” Since I’ve started I’ve pushed myself harder than any other center because literally every minute counts in order to see your end results on the screen. I never leave disappointed or feel like your time was wasted. Staff are always sweet and kind. Lastly, my favorite part, you get wipes to sanitize each station before moving on for the next person to enjoy a clean, germ, sweat free station. My only con if I had to, would be that it can get very challenging to book a class (because it’s so popular). You kinda have to watch the app like it’s eBay lol but they are very accommodating and understanding.

I love that it combines cardio and strength. I also like the intervals which keeps it interesting. It's an overall excellent workout regardless of your age or fitness level. You are only competing with yourself. I'm new, but so far I really like it.
The traditional gym setting doesn’t work for me. I like having a coach correcting my form and motivating me to work harder.
Coaches are so supportive .. Team work is so amazing.. Changing patterns of sessions will kill boredom..
