Workout variety and the coaches. Coach Brooke and Coach Nicole gives constant feedback and corrects people if we are doing things right or wrong. I think giving both feedback is important - because you want to know if you're really doing the exercises correctly.

I love the Coaches that lead the classes, the Head Coach Brooke, I love the workouts, the staff that greet me and say good night (Corina), the Manager (Binh) that is connected with the overall vibe and client satisfaction of the Orange Theory Elk Grove Location. I love the encouragment though the workouts, the varied classes that are always "challenging but doable" - a phrase I hear a lot... I love the fact that the Coaches are interested in me and my overall fitness goals and especially if I get injured they pay special attention to what my needs are and provide me options to get a great workout, but still rest my body part that may be hurting in some way or another. I am almost 62 years old and until joining Orange Theory Elk Grove never really stuck to any type of organized fitness (think gym), but for over two years now I have been going to classes anywhere from 3-5 days a week. I have gained strenth, endurance, lost weight and developed a toned body. My daughter also attends the Elk Grove location and we can often get at least one workout a week in. I know I used the word "love" a lot in this review... well as a retired Department Head of a large organization - I can honestly tell you that I do not give compliments easily or unjustly, so when I do - I am serious. Highly recommend OTF Elk Grove. :-)
What I enjoy about this place is the positive vibes and good guidance from the instructors. I also feel that I'm being efficient with my time since each hour is all planned-out for you before you arrive.
I love the coaches, the people who are there to workout and the staff! Everyone is so friendly, and supportive which keeps me motivated.
The coaches are great! I also like the structured classes. You get an overall good workout to lose weight and build strength.
I love the intensity, challenge and the encouragement of our instructors that I can do it!! Sometimes I’m not totally in, but I push myself and the payoff is well worth it. I’m 57 and try my best to continue to strive to do my best!!
The different workouts every day excuse me some of the times don’t work with my schedule and I attempt to get to the 7 o’clock class which is like but most of the time I go to the nine or 10 nothing after noon because the next one’s not till 4 o’clock and I pick up my daughter at 5 o’clock so and I’m not one that like to go to the gym at 6:30 7 o’clock at night that’s just me anyways thank you
I love everything about Orange Theory! The teachers are great, the gym is clean, everybody is so friendly and the workouts are body changing!
I really enjoy all the positive friendly coaches and staff. I have never felt so welcomed anywhere =) I enjoy how they all say hello to us by our names, which is huge with the amount of clients coming and going from the studio. I love the small class setting, i was never one to enjoy going to the gym because im self conscience. The coaches are very patient & supportive of me when my brain doesn’t comprehend the exact way we are supposed to do an exercise. I get discouraged with myself and frequently want to quit when I’m feeling not good enough or up to par. I have bad adhd and tend to be scatter brained. I like how coach Tami (I assume) sends texts when I haven’t attended the studio in awhile which makes me feel wanted in the studio. I enjoy the company of the fellow customers who are also really friendly and encouraging. Orangetheory has really helped me physically but also mentally and i feel more whole as a person if that makes sense. Since the beginning of the year I have made going to the studio a habit and something to look forward to =) Thank you Orangetheory for being amazing!!
You can pick your intensity depending on your level and coaches will support your decision and your effort. You can go at your own pace and there’s no pressure to take it up a notch and challenge yourself, but there’s always positive motivation to do so!
I love the atmosphere and the coaches!! I always feel good walking out of the studio after class.
I love that my heart rate is rising and getting me into shape. The coaches are great with suggestions. I love the time frame because that is about all I am willing to work out, about 45-50 minutes. I need someone to tell me what to do or I won't do it.
OTF is the best, most well rounded and fun workout with the best coaches!! There’s nothing else like it. For those serious about fitness - at any level - OTF is where it’s at!!
I like the variety! I have been to over 150 classes (and got my sticker). No two classes are ever exactly the same. I would not work out on my own like I do with my OT coaches. They are all very good at leading us and I love the energy and (most of) the playlists!
I enjoy every aspect. Every class is different, physician designed. Never is boring and it pushes you to do your best. You are competing against yourself and striving to get in the best shape possible! The staff are all wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, engaged, and very friendly and helpful. You know and feel after class you’ve had the best work out possible. Thank you!
