The program has changed a lot since I was a member a few years ago. The trainers are very attentive and want to make sure all the members benefit as much as they can from their workouts. The front office staff is also great as well. They make sure all requests are carried out.

Everything! It’s exactly what I need! I used to go to the gym and walk around aimlessly not knowing where to begin and not being sore or tired at the end. After my OrangeTheory workout class I know I worked all my muscles because I was so sore!!
The classes are challenging but not ridiculously hard like some other things I’ve tried (cross fit) I also love the rowers and I love trainers

I am very happy with OTF Koreatown. The front desk staff are very responsive. The coaches are high energy and deliver personalized instruction. And - though this is not unique to the Koreatown location - the workout templates in the past 6 months have been very good; challenging but fun.

The motivation by being in a group setting; the workouts are preset so you don’t have to think about it; the split between cardio and weight lifting.

I love the sense of community that comes with each day's workout. I feel stronger as I feed off the energy of those working out around me and the constant motivations from the coaches. I love how each workout is different each day and I never know what to expect. I can't wait to continue getting stronger each class and seeing the results over time.
