Coach Chelsey and Cheyanne! They are amazing coaches and always make sure everyone knows what to do and that everyone is doing the movement correctly. Both have great playlists and provide motivation to get through the workouts!
The templates are challenging. I like that templates repeat, so I can try to improve.

Positive coaching, high energy, great music ! Always a challenge and I feel so good after pushing myself to try harder at the encouragement of my coaches.
I love the high energy of the classes. Even when I don’t feel like working out all of the coaches are great at motivating us with their great playlists and words of encouragement. The staff and members are also supportive and it makes you feel like part of the community. When I have to skip days I miss it and can’t wait to go back.
The different workouts, the energy in the music and some coaches, the challenge. Just feels like I got a good workout in when I leave.
The workout is fast-paced (I really like 3G since the extra rotation makes the time pass so quickly). The heart monitors make it really easy to safely challenge myself, and I find the splats really motivating. Instructors are great!
I like how diversified the workout it and how no class is ever created to be exactly the same. It’s never boring or redundant because of this
It fits into one hour and I don’t think about what I need to do. I like that you have a plan and I just have to show up.
I also like that you start exactly on time and finish on time.
Great coaches, workouts are rarely the same, and you can really adjust to your level of fitness.

I've tried a lot of gyms and fitness classes, but with OTF, I've finally found my fit. The workouts are well-rounded, and scalable to make them as challenging as you want them to be. It helps to see your real progress with heart rate and benchmark metrics. And above all, it's FUN!
I love the whole team at the NoHo studio. Coaches Jai and Jasmine know how to push you right when you need it, and also respect when you need to go a little easy. They have amazing control of the room, and keep it safe, motivating, and challenging for each person wherever they're at. From Ice, Ty, and Astrid at the front, to the coaches on the studio floor, to all of your fellow members, the vibe is so positive and encouraging, and the energy is UP!
I'm stronger than I've ever been, and for the first time in 40+ years, I'm a person who WANTS to work out. That energy spreads far beyond my time in the studio, and that's priceless.

I like that it’s a good mix of cardio & strength. I love that the coaches push me to do my best & are always friendly and encouraging. I love the group setting of OTF because I know I am getting a better workout than what I would be doing on my own.
I love the entire vibe of Orange Theory. The studio that I go to has the nicest coaching staff and they really make you feel supported throughout the whole workout. I've made so many friends in our early morning classes, it really feels like a community.

It starts from the moment I walk in the door. I’m always greeted with a smile. I love the work out because it’s and all body workout. I also appreciate the personal assistance when it comes to having to adjust a movement because of any body issues. Overall, it’s a great workout and a great team.
