Quick and fast paced
Fun workout - always challenging.
I joined orange theory two weeks ago and love it so far! The coaches are energizing and motivating and the front desk team is super helpful in answering all my questions. I feel energized and ready to face the day after an orange theory workout.
Different workout daily…everybody goes at their own pace. Coaches are motivating.
It’s comprehensive and you can tailor it to your own fitness level.

I like that the workout is different every time I go to class. It helps that I don’t have to plan my workout since I have to plan everything else in life. The coaches are great they always motivate you to do more and push more. I do notice that I have more energy and feel healthier when I take a class.
It’s simple and motivating! So far I can keep up and the teachers are friendly and clear. Pleasant environment, and well kept space without being to fussy.
I love the classes at OT. They work out all parts of the body and I feel awesome afterwards.

That I just have to show up! I love the coaching, love working out with a class and being pushed and encouraged to get stronger/faster!
I like that each days’ workout is different (though I must admit I’m not a huge fan of the repeat workouts in a month); I like the speciality and partner workouts and most importantly, the community I’ve met in class… always supportive. Can’t forget the incredible coaches who motivate and encourage us to be OUR best!

Motivation, variety
While I’m there I’m not counting down the minutes until it’s over, like most workouts I do. It’s fast and engaging and goes by quick!
