Coaches know my name and know my limits. I like that they recognize when I push myself past personal PRs. I especially like when they push me like getting me a heavier weight or asking me to crank up the speed. Love the heart monitor as well.
Everyone was SO supportive and the workout was so good. It was awesome to see my results in real time and it was incredibly motivating as well as helpful to see how hard I was pushing myself through my splat points and heart rate.

Scheduled start times, great trainers and workouts change daily from endurance, strength, power, etc. Also most important for me, it forces cardio that I need and normally avoid to this degree.

Orange Theory is a fun, exciting way to work out. I have been really motivated in the classes and I have lost weight quicker doing these workouts than I ever have in the past. I highly recommend the class. It is always a bit different and I learn a lot of new weight training and circuit training.

My name is Tabitha and I’m 52 years old. I haven’t worked out in about 10 years other than yoga hear and there. I’m excited to show up and I’m fulfilled when I leave. I sweat for 48 hours after each workout. This is an exercise that just keeps working long after. Happy Camper, Tabitha!
I love the variety and that you can adapt it to your personal fitness level. The coaches are always very upbeat and organized. I feel like I’m getting one of the best ever workouts that helps me develop both strength and cardio.
