I love the mix of treads, rowing and weights. I would never push myself on my own like I do in OTF.

What do you like about our workout?

The Strength workout jumped around just enough to keep it interesting but not so much that I didn't feel it was effective. The time allotted to each set of exercises, reps, break was pretty good. The instructor gave me some great tips on rowing form that made a difference. I wasn't reaching forward far enough in the past for it to be a challenge, now I feel like I get more out of rowing.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workouts, and how they cover most muscle groups. The trainers are all very well trained and very likable. The classes are organized and the studio is exceptionally clean.

I really love that it’s individually paced with certain goals to reach but the actual workout is lead by an instructor

I like how the workouts change all the time to work different muscles. I like to see my heart rate being monitored, it keeps me motivated and encourages me to push myself.

What do you like about our workout?

This OTF location is terrific. The facilities are spacious and the air quality is strong - other nearby OTF facilities are very hot and stuffy.

Bruce and Erin are the best instructors in the area. I only wish I lived closer to attend more classes.

The front desk is also helpful!

Love the coaches, especially Phil and Erin. The front desk people are all friendly and helpful. My physical condition has improved a lot under their care.

It's portable. I travel a lot and am able to find a good, consistent workout in most cities. Crew is always welcoming and helpful;

I love the workout and the trainers. As someone who was a Sales Associate for 6 years at Orangetheory, I really enjoy this studio. However, more clarification needs to be provided in regards to your cancellation policy after being put into a class from the waitlist. I wasn't informed of this policy nor was I notified of getting put in a class, and therefore, I was charged.

The question is more what dont I like because the answer would be: nothing! Orangetheory has been a life changing experience. The coaches and staff are so friendly and motivating from the moment you check in, to the moment you walk out. I wish everyone could experience OTF!
