All of it...I love not having to think but just pushing through my workout. I love the music, I love the trainers, I love the equipment. It's a well rounded program

Everything!!
I love the instructors, especially Kelly (she's my favorite).
I love that it's always clean and smells good.
I love the people at the reception, they always smile and are very nice.
I love that once the class starts I'm full of energy and motivation to continue (especially when it's so early in the morning and I'm still sleepy).
I love the energy that Kelly has, it's great!!!
I lost 10 Ibs and I LOVE IT!!!
I wish I could come more often.

I love that I can focus on “me” for an hour with amazing instructors telling me what I need to do. For the rest of the day I feel so good about myself physically and mentally.

The coaches, staff, and music. The lift classes I absolutely love them. More of that would be great and more heavy dumbbells. They seem to go fast on lift days.

I like how the coaches push you to improve every day without singling you out. "Your body is stronger than you think" has become my little mantra (Thanks Coach M!) - because it is so true. 

I also like the way the workouts are with the half cardio and half strength training. The results I get with OTF would never be the same if I tried it on my own.

I like that the templates vary - a lot. No day's exercises are ever the same in a given week.
Also, the classes are "hard" but they go by at a good pace and I am not bored.

Hi - I love OT! 2 main con comments here:

1) I love Jess but her music is WAY too loud. So much louder than anyone else's class. I almost go deaf when I'm under the speakers and my Apple watch is alerting me that I'm around noises that are TOO LOUD. No ones else's class does that. Like I said, I love her and I love her music too but its just toooooo loud but at a concert, not in OT.

2) Kyle is way too mellow and boring for a 5:30am class (or any class). He has no enthusiasm and does nothing to pump you up for the class before, during or after. Please find another coach for Wednesday mornings. Bring back Kennedy!

I love OTF! I’ve been a member for 4.5 years minus a year of covid. 😬 All the coaches are super motivating and the front desk staff are friendly and greet me by name. There are many class times offered throughout the day which is great due to my chaotic family life and work schedule. It’s the only workout that I’ve consistently seen results with. They incorporate treadmills, rowers and variations of floor exercises all while wearing a fitness band tracker to monitor your heart rate so we can get make the most of our workouts. I have felt myself not only slim down over the past few years, but I feel great and strong! My improvements are tracked by their specialty benchmark classes. It’s always exciting to get a PR! I also love the many challenges they offer periodically that really motivate me to work harder and show up! Thanks Orangetheory!
