I love the energy and motivation from my coaches. I am a road and mountain cyclist. This helps me tremendously with all the climbing. I love I can show up and not have to figure out what kind of workout to do. I love Orangetheory.
The workouts are efficient and excellent! Danielle and Sean are wonderful leaders for the workouts! The whole team is great! Great instruction, great music, great workouts. Better than a personal trainer, and I still get a ton of one-on-one attention!

Love the workout, instructors and front desk staff. But am wondering if there is a way to get people to only sign up for classes they are really intending to take? It seems like many classes get filled up but then people don’t actually show.
I love going to OT. I feel great after my work out. One small suggestion... if you could add some more 35 and 40 pound weights, it would be wonderful. Currently there's only one set of each of these weights and most ofter they're taken by the other people that are working out. There are many super heavy weights (70+ pounds) there, majority of which are almost never used. Thank you and all the best.

The best coaches and staff around!! I travel often and have been to multiple OT's across the country. And while they are all great, MV is the best of the best.

Love everything about it! JZ is a fantastic coach and has great music! She pushes us with humor and love and always has a wonderful cool-down stretch after the workout.
I like that it’s planned out and I can just show up and workout. I also like the supportive environment by other members and especially the coaches. I also enjoy that each time I go to workout it’s different exercises so it doesn’t feel repetitive. Also, it’s the great customer service from walking I and being greeted by the people at the front desk to the coaches taking the time to check in with you.
I wish there were more times offered. Most days the earliest class is 7am and the latest class is around 5:45. I see neighboring OTFs with many more classes on the schedule. Otherwise, I love it

Great place to work out. Trainers are wonderful. They notice every detail and help you you do better. The stuff very friendly. This place is awesome. I highly recommend.

The coaches always push you to workout at your best ability, but at the same time, ensure that everyone performs exercises correctly & safely so as not to injure themselves.

Orange Theory Fitness offers a changing variety of workouts - I never get bored or in a rut. I’m developing strength and improving my cardio, all in a warm, friendly, supportive environment that doesn’t judge you on how “fit” you are compared to anyone else. Coaches are all amazing. Working up a sweat while feeling like I am dancing to music - what more could I ask for?

I love OTF! When I became a member, I was just looking for a way to help reach my workout goals that kept me organized and accountable. Since joining, I have not only achieved more than I thought imaginable in terms of my fitness, but I’ve made friends and built a sense of community.
The OTF Hills sister studios have been nothing short of great. Not only is the front desk staff friendly, but the coaches have encouraged and pushed me to challenge myself even when I didn’t fully believe in my own abilities. I am so grateful for the support and relationships I have built along the way.
The workout itself is always a challenge - some more fun than others. But I walk in knowing that I’m in and out in an hour and make the most of my time by taking advantage of the fabulous coaches and their insights for each template. I love that the workout can be tailored to each individual person - that you are always chasing your own goals and working to better yourself, not compete with others. I always leave feeling better and ready to take on my day.

I like that it's never the same twice. I like that it's a full body workout every time. I love the instructors. The place is always clean and looks pretty. It's convenient to get to, plenty of parking. The people at the front desk are always kind and accommodating. Alli Grode is amazing! I love having the five zones and monitoring myself, and the fact that I'm able to pick up the pace or back it off if I need to do either of those things.
