I love Orange Theory! I love being able to sign up in advance on the app so that I can plan to be consistent. The workouts are a perfect mix for me of cardio and weights. I love that I get feedback on calories and points in real time, and I work out harder during my Orange Theory workouts than any other exercise I do. I'm having fun, and I am noticeably stronger and faster this year!
The workouts are approachable and make it easy to choose your own intensity, which you can increase as you improve over time. I also love that it's a full body workout combining cardio and strength-training. The templates rarely repeat so it's always a new challenge for not just your body but also the mind. The coaches at my location are the absolute best -- helpful with technique, encouraging throughout and always championing our achievements. Orange Theory is helping me to achieve my fitness goals with engaging classes in a great community.
I love that it’s group fitness yet you work out at your own pace and level. I love the circuit format to each class hitting the treadmill, rower, and floor weights within the hour. I love the zones and pushing myself and the data that comes after each class so you can quantify your progress. I love the monthly challenges.
What I really love about OT Hollywood are the coaches and the front desk people who have created an environment that’s extremely welcoming to everyone. Andrew, Semaj, CJ, Tanisha, Erica, Manny, Maddie, Shaq are all wonderful at what they do. Providing a place for all people, at all different fitness levels, to come together and workout. The music is awesome, the gym is clean, the atmosphere is friendly and supportive, a place of no judgement and total inclusion to achieve an excellent workout. Due to all that I’ve mentioned, I look forward to each workout which is why I regularly commit myself with no hesitation and I’m seeing progress and feel so much better.

I like the flexibility within each class- the workouts are engaging and vary in difficulty but you can create your own challenge level based on your daily needs or long term goals.
Challenging and great coaching
The format of being in a group setting pushes me to work hard. In team sports you don’t want to be the one not working hard. OTF creates that feeling for me again because you are working in a team setting. The attitude in class is great even though most are too focused or too tired to speak. I like how the classes use various fitness aspects for overall better health. I don’t have to hold my breath to tie my shoes anymore which sounds silly but that’s more important than a heavy bench press at this point. Finally, the Simi Valley Coaches Bri, Ginger, and Ethan are outstanding even at 5AM.
I like the subtle guidance and anonymity of the group class
The intensity, good music, community, and authentic/energizing coaches. And a clean and well lit space with parking!
Friendly service and trainers notice you and coach you during your workout.
My goal is pretty simple: being in condition, and the workout certainly makes that happen.
The floor exercises ensure that you use muscles that could otherwise be neglected, and the emphasis on cardio is correct, in my opinion. There's a fine balance between staying with one activity long enough to build the type of strength and endurance it's targeting and doing on one thing so long that you get bored - or worse, so you think only about how long you've been doing it and how tired you're getting! But the workouts get that balance right.
Also, the instructors are impressive, juggling multiple timed routines and moving between the three stations.
But the main thing is that I leave classes feeling like I can do anything.
Energy of trainers
No small talk, just straight into the workout. Great coaches. Strenuous workouts. Very motivating. Great music and sound system keeps energy levels high.
Excellent service
I have been a member since OTF opened here in Brentwood, many years ago. I love the workout as it is good for my heart and body. I hope to continue as long as I can.

OT allows me to meet my fitness goals in an affordable, challenging, fun, and convenient way. I just need to show up! My spouse started one year ago, dragged me in kicking and screaming 9 months ago. About six months ago, we got our three twenty-something children to start coming. Our entire family now has the gift of OT fitness, and it has become a part of our family lifestyle. We all go to OT together once a week, workout, and share a meal after. I’ve been keeping fit for decades, but OT has made it easier and more fun…and it’s brought our family closer. Highly recommend to all!

I love the interchangeable aspects! For instance, the mix of cardio with weights. Love the dark and loud music atmosphere! Also love the trainers energy and helpfulness throughout the workouts!
