The workouts are challenging but not intimidating. I like that I can take a breather if I need to or push myself into the red zone. The variety of workouts and exercises keep me constantly engaged and motivated to work through to the end of class.

I love it! i joined 8 months ago and have lost 20 lbs! i love that the workout is organized, 1 hour, cardio and strength and things i was always afraid of trying or didn't know how. i love all the instructions, very helpful and motivating. i am 69 years old and didn't know i could feel this way again! Thank you Orange Theory and your great instructors and very nice and friendly front desk (and helpful).

What do you like about our workout?

I have been contemplating joining OTF for months. However, my shyness and intimidation have always held me back. Finally, I decided to give it a try, and I attended my first class two weeks ago. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up immediately and have already attended my second class and will do my third this weekend!

Coach Kenedy was very welcoming, and her positive energy made me feel comfortable and upbeat. Coach Lisa did the second class and she was amazing! I loved it!!!!

Overall, I am happy I finally decided to try OTF and look forward to attending more classes in the future and continuing my fitness and weight loss journey. :)

We can workout at our own pace. We always have a different routine and the coaches are great!

What do you like about our workout?

There are a lot of things I like about the “workout” specifically. I like the variation of the workouts. I like not having to think very much and there’s no time for laziness or too long of breaks between exercises. I like the unspoken competition I create in my own head that makes me work harder. But more than just the workout, I like the people in the community. A lot of people are very supportive of each other and genuine. The front desk squad is fantastic, they very nice to members and remember everyone’s names. The coach are motivating and personable. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my life and I’m happy to part of it all.

I love the coaches - especially Richey, Travis & Helen!! Every class is so much fun and they keep you focused. Bo keeps the energy in the studio so engaging and welcoming. The whole studio is welcoming!! And being in LA in a non-judgmental, uncompetitive environment is amazing. The gym feels like home. I’m never leaving!! Bahahahhahaha!

What do you like about our workout?

Really liked the music and the energy of the class. Lisa was very attentive for my first class and made sure I knew what was going on. Definitely coming back!

Good mix of cardio and strength
Easy to do with spouse who is much faster runner but what matters at OT is heart rate

What do you like about our workout?

It mentally easy. I just show up. I’m not standing there wondering what weights I need to use and how. It’s 1 hour, and has variety in that the “pushes” and “all outs” vary in their timing and intensity. The Coaches motivate and tell you what setting to change to. The floor work has a great, ever-changing combo of weights and exercises. Love seeing my color hit Orange or Red.
