Orangetheory is the best workout that I do! I love how structured it is and how each class is never the same. I also love Coach Michael as he is the best coach I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and encourages you to push yourself. I love the combination of treadmill, rowing, and weights in each class. I have been doing Orangetheory for over 2 years now and lost over 20 pounds and keep it off. I credit this all to Orangetheory. After each class, I feel a high that I do not feel with any other workout that I do.
I was visiting from another Orange Theorey and was treated like this was my home gym. Great work out Scott and I felt very welcomed form the booking to coming into the studio , thank you !

Extremely efficient format - an hour split into half each of HIIT and strength (each session focusing on endurance, power, strength or a combination). Great, upbeat music and awesome coaches, and administrative staff. The classes are NEVER the same - great for someone like me who gets bored easily.
Prior to joining OT, I’ve had a personal trainer for years - way more costly and less efficient/interesting.
I’d recommend OT to anyone with different fitness levels. You’ll see the improvements in no time!
I love the high intensity interval training, and the fact that there are multiple transitions through each workout, along with the fact that you cover endurance, strength, and power.

Great science based system, with live digital performance feedback, screens explaining the exercise moves, and fabulous instructors. Variety in the program is also fantastic.
Sometimes the music is too loud, and I fear hearing damage, but otherwise awesome.

Benzo is a great coach. He keeps the energy going, is super encouraging when your energy is running down on the rower and tread, and offers great tips on the floor. Front desk folks always extremely nice and personable. The workout itself is always fun.

I love that I benefit from both strength training and a cardio workout in a fun environment. The coaches are great and ensure I am using correct form and their playlists keep me moving. I hated working out prior to OrangeTheory and now really enjoy it!
