I love how even though it is group based everyone can go at their own speed and you definitely want to push your limits! I love all of the cardio because I never get enough cardio in my usual workouts!

Get full body HIIT I’m one hour. The variety is awesome. I love that I show up and you tell me what to do and I don’t have to try to plan my own workout. The coaches are amazing and it just keeps me coming back.

Instructors are fantastic. Workouts are effective and very well planned.
I only gave it a 9 out of 10 because I really do not like the visiting DJ. I think he is distracting, and flat out a terrible DJ. I definitely appreciate it more when the instructors just play their own playlist.
I love everything about the workouts! I'm an extremely routine person but I love a little variety in my life. OTF gives me the ability to keep my routine while still being surprised each day. After more than 2 years as a member, the variety (and my 5am support system) contributes to my loyalty. Thank you!!
I always try to hit up an OTF while out of town and this studio is one to remember! Loved the energy from coach Whitney... I will definitely come back if I visit the area again!

I love the variety. I’ve been coming for years but do have some new feedback I’d like to share to improve the experience.
I want to note that I think partner workouts should be limited, noted on the calendar, and/or optional, as the explanations often are a huge waste of time for those of us who aren’t there for a partner experience.
I also want to note that warming up immediately upon entering and then stopping to explain the workout, which is usually just the weight-area workout portion, is disruptive and wastes the original warm up. If an explanation is required for the exercises, that should happen before the warm up so that we aren’t cooled down during an interrupting explanation

I like the diversity and intensity of the two workouts I have done so far. Instructors have been helpful and encouraging and everyone working there are really super nice.
The coach was inspiring. He encouraged us to push ourselves but made us aware that our push may be different than others and it may be different than what we did yesterday.
I liked that we were all able to work out at a level/pace that was comfortable to yu's as individuals. With it being my first class and after a very long absence from "real" exercise, it was helpful and motivating to not feel like I had to keep up with everyone else.
