Rachel was the best part of the workout! I’ve been to several other OT gyms outside of my home gym in Texas and the other locations (west Hartford, CT and Portland, OR) have not met the expectations of my home gym except for my experience at the Sherman oaks OT. Rachel was very attentive and paid particular attention to form. I was obviously not a familiar face in Rachel’s class and she came over to introduce herself. Back in Texas I teach Pilates and indoor cycling classes so as a fitness instructor, I’m very picky of who I take classes from. Rachel definitely exceeded my expectations. It was a great experience! Thank you Rachel!

I love the trainers and the energy that they put into each workout!
The intensity was great . Trent is a great coach. It being my first class and not being in shape I only lasted 35 of 55 mins but did eventually go back in to finish.

I like everything about a workout in orange theory very serious very organized very responsible.All the trainers are very nice .

It’s always different. Coaches are very involved and intentional. Bobby at orange theory on melrose is AMAZING. I would have anyone and everyone talk to him!
I love the Music, the switch ups, the trainers, the fact that you can go hard or easy depending on your skill level or endurance . I love the quick changes I see in my body in strength and weight loss

The treadmill was great, didn't care for the music lyrics-over the top vulgar, but good beat.

The Coaching is too notch, the classes are never the same, and the Simi Valley studio is spacious and clean. I have lost 40 pounds since joining last year.

I like that it’s a full body workout and you cover all areas. The heart rate monitor and being able to see your stats as you work out is also cool. The music, the people, the whole vibe is what I like!

OTF is amazing! I've been working out at OTF for over 2 years now and still feel very challenged in every workout. My lungs and muscles still burn!
One of the great things about OTF is that the more you do it, the harder it can become - you never plateau.
OTF has great coaches who teach you correct techniques and challenge you to perform better. If you like to push yourself to get better and never settle for yesterday's results - then this is the workout for you. Your lungs and muscles will tell you!
