First and foremost the staff and coaches along with the community at burbank otf are very positive and encouraging to help keep me motivated to workout. I also love that the workouts are an hour and monitor my heart rate and how much calories i burn which is very helpful to show how hard i'm working. The variety of workouts are awesome as well as special workouts that help show us how much we've improved feels great.

OTF is great! The workout is created so it is challenging for all fitness levels. When I started going 5 years ago in 2018 I was nowhere near as fit as I am now. I would look at people in class who were faster/stronger than me and think "Wow, this must be so easy for them. Can't wait til I reach that level." I'm now that fast person in class and I can attest it doesn't get easier, even though I wish it did! My base paces are faster now with all my improvements and each class is still a struggle for me because I continue to hold myself to higher standards.
Plus the class is so engaging it's hard to get bored which is one of my main struggles when I work out alone. OTF also does an incredible job at building a sense of community at each studio.

Variety.....the hour goes by very quickly
I have been a member of several gyms in the past and nothing compares to OTF.
Even though every 60-minute class has the same format which includes a portion on the treadmill, rower, and floor, each day provides a different workout that caters to a specific focus. This not only means that I am working out different muscle groups or types of training but I am never bored!
One of the greatest benefits of OTF is the class times. At other gyms, you have to cater to their schedule. OTF offers the same class throughout the day which allows more flexibility.
The equipment, the trainers, and the overall atmosphere at Orange Theory is positive and brings motivation to keep improving.
I love it, I am really impressed with the coaches (Uly, Justin, Garmen, Jasmine) -- its a great workout! Love the studio, the front desk crew, and parking is super convenient.
One of the best OT studios. The actual studio is very nice (great layout, clean and super welcoming). Coaches and member/community are great. Orange theory as a whole just a cool place for a HIIT workout, cardio & strength. The format, various templates, specialty workouts are so fun and adds variety to your routine each month. I am a workout fanatic, this is my top studio for sure.

Its different every day. You walk in not knowing.
I like the fact that I am in and out in an hour and that I don't have to think about what I will be doing any given day. I don't have to wait for my turn to use the equipment. Everyday is a different workout.
Specific to my studio, the staff and coaches are great! They are friendly, encouraging, and they nurture a community that is both fun and caring--with the right amount of competitiveness. We all want to be better! In addition, the members are friendly and encouraging, as well. Love it!!

It changes all the time. You don’t do the same workout every day. The intensity of the workout is good and challenging.
Love OTF, been going for five years now. Every workout if different. You can go at your own pace and never feel like you don’t fit in. All the coaches are positive and its a good atmosphere.
Love the vibe, the dark room, good loud music, good trainers, always a different new workout, and fun events/themed workouts each month!

As a newcomer and someone who has a lot of insecurity about going to the gym, I've really appreciated my first few visits to OTF. I appreciate the welcoming spirit of both the staff, but also the fellow folks working out. It's a nice environment and people feel real and is very motivating. I've really enjoyed my experience so far and feel like I'm getting a lot out of the sessions.
I like that I don’t need to think about it. It is very effective and it is one less thing that I need to plan.
Great coaches, great classes
I love the coaches. I have been going through a really hard time personally (death in the family, injury) and everyone I’ve seen in the last few days has been so supportive and understanding. It’s so hard for me to feel motivated to do anything these days but seeing people who encourage me to keep going is really helping me begin to heal.
They make it “fun” and keeps moving, without pressure to be something g you are not.
