Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. Rachael was sooo awesome!! She made sure I felt right at home and has amazing energy. I have been to a couple different OT locations and this one is my hands down favorite!!

What do you like about our workout?

The fact that the instructors adequately describe what to do, that it's pre-planned and that you are able to tailor the workout to whatever shape you are currently in. Further, the coaches and people in the workouts are very supportive of everyone, no matter their fitness journey.

I love that the work out is split in three (treadmill, weight room, rower). I personally love the rowing machine and that's what I love about Orange the most.

What do you like about our workout?

Staff and trainers are very nice and accommodating. I like that the trainers will go around and help us and sometimes try to challenge us to work harder if they know we can do it (more of this please!). My favorite part of the workout is that the movements and structure of the class changes constantly so it keeps me physically and mentally stimulated - I also think interval training is an effective way to really get fit and see actual changes in the body.

It's very convenient that they have a shower so when I need to go somewhere right after, I can do a quick rinse (because the work out gets me sweaty for sure!). Also it's convenient that it's located in a strip mall so parking is ample and I can run errands right after (Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Lunch, etc).

I love watching my heart rate as I work out - and comparing it with my friend when we get to work out together. Would like if we had challenges against other classmates sometimes to motivate us to work out harder, and would also enjoy other ways to make it more interactive and/or social while we work out!

Suggestions: Would like more natural light as we work out - open the blinds when the sun isn't too glaring/hot? Also, is there a way to better ventilate the work out room? - especially in between classes, esp as it gets warmer out! The saving grace are the fans on the treadmills - those are sooooo nice and needed! It's like a reward for doing the work! lol.

Fixed length. Adequate intensity. Guided. Adequate variety. Manageable equipment inventory. Pleasant & enthusiast trainers and staff. Integrated of cardio monitoring a plus.

It was intense but I had the ability to work at my own pace. Everyone was in their own zone pushing themselves based on individual capability while following lead instruction from our coach.

I love the inspiring coaches, the new, fresh, and challenging workout, and the sense of community I always find. I live in Virginia but travel extensively. I love knowing that no matter where I go, I find the same excellence and fantastic coaches.
