I like the intensity and the competitive nature
When I started Orangetheory I felt that it’s a really fast paste workout. It might not be for me with a replacement knee. But soon found out that as much as they encourage you & you are expected to rise up to the challenge, they will understand your special situation & work with you to achieve what you are capable of.

I like how it changes every day. I never know exactly what I’m walking in to when I go and how the trainers encourage you to give it your all. I also like when they correct your positioning and movement to better serve our bodies.
No workout is the same and people (coaches, staff, other members) are great.
My husband has been encouraging me to join for months, so glad I did! Great workout, I feel great and looking forward to Monday’s class!

I love the interaction with trainer and fellow trainees. I feel motivated but not the center of attention. The class as a whole motivates me, the different work outs are refreshing, didn't feel bored, love the atmosphere.
I love the full body approach, energetic music and super positive and encouraging instructors.
I really like that it tackles the whole body. I do wish there was dedicated time to do the appropriate stretches before warning up.
