The fact that it’s a different challenge everyday. When I come to workout, it’s coach led, and I don’t need to think about what I need to do to get a workout in.
I like that every workout is different and challenging in its own way and love all the support and encouragement from the OTF Coaches. In addition, I have met many incredible members that have become part of my OTF family and enjoy working out with them! This continues to be the best experience for achieving my fitness goals.
I don’t have to think about what exercise to do. The coaches direct and keep everyone on track with form. The heart rate monitor keeps me in check to push to make my splat points

I love the variety and challenge it offers along with the great vibes it provides. I'm new to working out and love the environment since it focuses on positivity and encouragement. The other members, coaches, and staff all contribute to this so I'm very happy I gave OT a try! The fun member events also add a sense of community that adds so much to the overall experience.
You can track your own progress, its a great community, workout goes by fast, no two days are reappears, coaches get to know you and therefore really push you

I LOVE the variety! I love that no matter your fitness level or injury status you can adjust and do am excellent workout that works for you and how you are feeling any particular day. I love being able to challenge yourself daily if you want and to see progress over time and the benchmark challenges are a fun way to compete with yourself.

I love that OT beat screen . Love that you can see how hard your pushing in the moment. Coaches are very good in correcting pushing and motivating during the workout

I have truly enjoyed the structured, pre-planned aspect of Orangetheory; all I have to do is head inside. It's all made better by the fact that Glendale's coaching staff is absolutely superb. They are all motivational, empathetic, and genuinely interested in seeing success from their clientele, whether it's running faster or lifting more weights. I want to give a particular shout-out to coaches Michael and Stephanie for making me a better runner and athlete. I appreciate how the coaches and staff are not clique-y nor choose favorites. A group fitness studio can feel really intimidating at first, especially all the new lingo and workouts. But OTF Glendale goes out of its way to be inclusive towards all members by fostering a friendly, positive atmosphere for everyone.
Also - I deeply appreciate how staff does not use weight loss as a metric for fitness. Some studios focus way too heavily on "earning" food after the workout or "looking your best," and as someone who struggles with disordered eating habits and self image, these sentiments can be deeply damaging. So please keep up the positive self-talk during workouts!
Orange theory is currently my favorite workout!
