What do you like about our workout?

I have been coming to OTF for 4 years and feel every workout is different.

I still LOVE it!

I usually work out with Coach Michael, Brendon, J.Z., and Lal- each one is amazing and really look to make sure your form is correct. They also push you to show up fully and make the most of your workout. I have seen positive changes in my body and am stronger than ever.

The front desk team is professional, supportive and accommodating.

I have recommended Orange Theory to several people over the years.

I appreciate that no OTF workout is the same so I'm never bored. What is awesome about OTF Sherman Oaks are the coaches, specifically Micheal because he always pushes me to go beyond my comfort level.

I joined Orange Theory in February 2019, and I have told a lot of family & friends how I really enjoy the workouts. The trainers, staff, and the gym are amazing. The best part is the positive workout environment and the fact that the workouts are always changing.

First, it starts with the front desk and the staff, they have been nothing short of amazing to me and my family! They are friendly, welcoming and so helpful in making you feel comfortable whether your a regular or its your first time. I’m a former athlete that has recently started to get back in shape, the workouts here are so challenging. Brittany has been my instructor since I do mornings, she is motivating, inspiring and just has fun so the workouts move at a great pace. I highly recommend joining for a month to get the full effect of this location. See you there!

Coaching, easy to follow classes (most of the time - the Epocalypse class last night was confusing), and optional exercises.

What do you like about our workout?

I really like the variety of the workout, the music and the energy however, the workout I went to which was my very first ever was not a good one for a beginner. It was extremely confusing and chaotic. The instructor was fantastic but the 8 minutes of instructions prior to the workout were too complicated. The instructions could have been simplified.

With that being said, I am planning on coming back for a regular class.
