After more than 7 years and over 1500 workouts, you might say I'm hooked on OTF. Great coaches, interesting and challenging workouts, and a camaraderie with other members. Plus, I live across the street from the facility. What could be bad?

I love the sense of community, and knowing that each time I come in, I’m gonna get a great workout! I like the fact that I get a great cardio workout in addition to building lean muscle! The coaches are fantastic an so friendly!
Group exercise encourages me to work out more often and more vigorously, but I don't feel like I'm in competition with anyone but myself at Orangetheory. The stats I get at the end of each without thanks to their tracking system are very encouraging. I have felt much more energetic and positive due to my regular workouts at Orangetheory. And my pants are fitting loiser too now.
I love the OTF workouts because of how much variation there is within the workouts, but you still get a good mix of cardio and strength. There is also the push to do “compete against yourself” and do better than your past efforts.
OT provides a consistent tough workouts. I feel pushed to give it my all every workout even when I step in the door and think I'm not feeling it today. The instructors are great. I've learned to trust the process. I am always happy at the end of a class. They go by quickly.
I love my home studio. Staff and coaches are great!
The coaches and the members make me want to come. It is a full body workout every time and I am always pushed to do my best.
OTF is a great way to get back in shape and/or stay in shape. I just started but so far I like the accountability, the group exercises and the live activity display to help keep you motivated.
Most of my classes are coached by Marisa and David. I love how engaged they are in directing the template and personally pushing me to a higher level. Both also reinforce good posture or coach me on improving my technique for optimum performance.
I like that I can get a highly motivating class that works my entire body- I can track my improvements in the app and the camaraderie is amazing!

Orange Theory has totally changed my thoughts and way of working out. The carefully planned workout on each day to get a full workout is my favorite. I don't have to think of my routine or what I should work on that day. After a long day at work; I mentally want easy.. no stress! OTF does that. I just have to show up and get my game on, OTF does the rest.. music, trainers, routine!
Not only physically is it a plus, but mentally... I call it my daily therapy!

whoever puts these workouts together does a great job , they are always challenging and different . Also there are many classes through out the day , so it fits my schedule
The instructors push you to work hard. Different routines each time. Class goes by fast.
