The workouts are great. The equipment could use an upgrade. It’s getting a little worn and old looking. I know other studios have newer treadmills and towers.

Professional staff, the gym is very clean, the coaches are extremely helpful, motivating and very educated. Because I joined Orange Theory about 2 months ago, I believe I'm on my way to a Better Me!!!🙏👍🤗

Ever since I started Orangetheory, I have learned that not one workout is the same. I love that I am always challenged each time I walk in the door with different themes to each workout from weight lifting to endurance training. I love that I always walk out knowing I got to work on almost every muscle group every time.

Getting a high internist workout in that works both upper and lower body done in 60 minutes. Ariel, Lucinda and Chip are fantastic too!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that Orange Theory is set up in the format of classes. I have had a gym membership before but I didn't have anything to keep me accountable and I hardly went. Having a set amount of classes per month (I have the Elite membership) and having to sign up for classes in advance keeps me accountable and forces to make the time to workout. The coaches are so awesome! A huge thing for me when working out is knowing that I'm doing the exercises right and not wasting my time. The coaches come around and guide me and show me how to do the exercises correctly if I am not getting it the first time. Most of the coaches and workers at the front desk know me by name now. In my experience, Orange Theory isn't just a gym where you walk in and walk out and no one is the wiser. It feels like I'm a part of something. I came wanting to exercise constantly again. I got that and a really cool community too.

What do you like about our workout?

I love this place! The workouts are challenging and fun. They vary each day so they never get boring. I joined about 8 weeks ago, and already see changes in my strength and endurance. The staff, coaches, and other members are friendly and supportive. Everyone knows you by name - sort of like the Cheers bar only with weights and burbees. The equipment and facilities are clean and top notch. I like the class workout structure much better than working out on my own at a gym or at home.
