I really love the coaches. What I like about the workout is that they're all very functional and the fact that it's up to the person how they can push themselves. I enjoy the vibe of the studio as well. Very accommodating and friendly front desk staffs!

Flexibility to use classes anywhere in Canada. I travel a lot for work and monthly packages are not conducive for me. I also like to walk into a class and I can shut off my brain and stay in work out mode. The interval training, the good music, and good coaches makes the perfect blend for me to get my exercise and feel accomplished.

The workouts are very effective, but more importantly, the coaches at OTF Namao are exceptional. Jess and Melissa navigate the workouts flawlessly, and I always feel good after the workout, even though it is not easy. I trust their leadership, and it makes me healthier.
Whenever I feel a few pounds creep up, regardless of legitimate reason, or not, I feel confident that I will get back on track, in no time, with the team at OTF Namao.

The best part of Orangetheory is knowing that when you walk into the door you can shut your brain off and just sweat! The workout is already planned and all you have to do is show up and do your best and what makes these workouts even better is seeing the changes and being stronger than before.
