Member since the gym opened 7 years ago ! I love all aspects of this gym. Great cardio, weight and rowing components. The coaches are great and the fun morning team that workout together.

That everyday is different, that I feel like I have had a great workout at the end of everyclass and the coaching is very motivating to push harder and give my all
I love the fact that I just have to get myself there. Once I'm there the coach takes over and puts me through 55 minutes of working out and then I'm gone.
Great coaches and workouts
The amazing coaches; great energy and fantastic workout. Fast paced, always unique, never boring and always a challenge!
The music is awesome! It makes it easier to keep a certain pace. I can't say I love working out, that's how I've always been, but having someone show you what to do before we start the workout and then having the screens also show what we are supposed to do and the correct movements during the work out is super helpful. I love how I feel right after and everyone is super friendly.

I love the new strength classes!
I love the quality of instruction! The instructors take their time to go over each exercise and help correct the movements when I'm not doing them properly. We get encouraging feedback, which helps me push myself where I am challenged. OTF is helping me get stronger :)

I like the pace and intensity of your workouts. Not all workouts are the same and I like some more than others but in the end I am happy with what I get so far.

I do want to comment I have been going to otf for 6 years , I was a little more than shocked that a member beside me was using all the weights off my rack without asking , even after I softly mentioned after she took my 25 lbs , I put the 15 lbs on my rack so I had safe room to use the bench , she tok them when my back was turned seaving me with 10 lbs . What is even more disappointing she complained about a backache and the weights were left on her bench unused
I do not see this member very often but I saw her doing the same thing to someone else
Might I suggest, manner lessons in your monthly newsletter or coach announcements, I don't want to fight with someone but I pay my money to work out not stand looking for appropriate weights because my station is now empty from a rude member
