OTF is a one stop shop! Not only do you get an amazing, well rounded workout, but you also get that most energetic and supportive coaches, and class mates, on the plant! I have been to many different types of gyms in the past but nothing compares. You become part of a family at Orange Theory and genuinely look forward to getting out the door to go! 10/10!

Everything! The music, the variety, the coaches, the front desk staff, the workouts, the challenges, the friendships being made with other members, the tech...just all of it! I have about 550 classes under my belt and still look forward to going!

Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) marks my initiation into Canadian gyms, and I'm in love by the one-hour coach-led training sessions. As someone inherently lazy, I thrive on the motivation and guidance provided, especially with corrections to my postures. I highly recommend OTF's coach-led approach for newcomers or those apprehensive about solo gym ventures. The coaches are not only friendly but actively assist throughout each session. The diverse daily workouts keep things intriguing, fostering my commitment to a six-day-a-week routine. OTF has seamlessly integrated into my daily life, enhancing both my strength and endurance. Undoubtedly, the consistency fostered at OTF proves to be the key to success, making every penny invested worthwhile.
